Tree Policy

Although an individual tree owner is required to ensure the safety of anyone who may be affected by their tree, it is unlikely that they would require a tree policy.

More typically a Tree Safety Policy would be necessary for organisations and estates that may have many people accessing their properties.

The policy defines management objectives to be achieved and will guide decisions made about trees. It will normally cover a period of time after which it is reviewed and updated.
